My food philosophy
I like making healthy twists on classic foods with flavors you know and love. The meals are designed to be flavorful without being overpowering so that you can mix and match all the different parts of the meal. And, by making the flavors approachable, these meals are easy to enjoy with kids, too.
You will have enough food each week for 12 adult servings* plus 6 kids servings** of meals/snacks .

Zucchini-tots (kids)
Burnt Broccoli
*3 proteins, 3 veggies, and 3 sides that each have 4 servings
